Delete your ProTradesman account

Deleting your account cancels any active subscription immediately, removes your name, email, and phone number, and permanently deletes your login. Anonymized billing records are kept for bookkeeping. This applies to accounts created in the app or on the web.

In the app or on the web

1. Sign in and open Account.
2. Choose Delete account at the bottom of the page.
3. Type DELETE to confirm.

By email

Email support@protradesman.app from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account” and we will complete it within 30 days.
