What we send
ProTradesman sends SMS messages to the mobile number you provided at signup for the following purposes:
- Account verification at signup.
- Important account alerts (security, billing, plan changes).
- Optional product notifications you opt in to from settings.
Frequency
Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply.
Opt out
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for help. You can also disable SMS in your dashboard settings at any time.
Privacy
We do not share your mobile number with third parties for marketing purposes. Numbers are stored encrypted in our Supabase database and used only via our SMS provider (Telnyx) for the purposes above.
